Distributed
Pyrolysis System
Integration of an automated biomass heater and a plastic pyrolysis reactor
Mobile system for cogeneration of heat and pyrolysis oil.
Pyrolysis oil is a valuable side product instead of main product.
Can be brought to the source of plastic waste generation and/or heating demand.

Products and services
Absence of Oxygen: Pyrolysis occurs in an oxygen-free environment, which distinguishes it from combustion.
High Temperatures: Typically performed at temperatures ranging from 300°C to 500°C.
Decomposition Products: Mainly results in solid (char), liquid (tar, oil), and gaseous (methane, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, etc.) products. The proportions of these products vary depending on the pyrolysis conditions.
Waste Management: Effectively treats difficult-to-manage waste materials like plastics and tires.
Resource Recovery: Gases and liquids produced can be reused as fuels or chemical feedstocks.
Environmental Protection: Minimizes the emission of pollutants since the process retains volatile products in the form of condensable liquid.
Biomass Pyrolysis: Converts wood or agricultural waste into bio-oil, biochar, and syngas.
Plastic Pyrolysis: Transforms waste plastics into oil substitutes or fuels.
Tire Pyrolysis: Breaks down waste tires to recover rubber oil, carbon black, and steel.
Product: MacroConverter – a unit for cogenerative biomass space heating and waste plastic pyrolysis.
Service: Custom design and TE feasibility of a W-2-E pyrolysis process from medium to industrial scale.
